The \"front warehouse\" distribution model is a new logistics distribution model that innovates the traditional distribution model. This paper has analyzed the optimization problem of the fresh food e-commerce model with the fresh food logistics front warehouse distribution model. The SWOT method is used to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the fresh food e-commerce front warehouse model, combine with the analytic hierarchy to carry out quantitative analysis. Abstract

Intelligent logistics is to use intelligent technology to integrate artificial intelligence into the logistics distribution process and improve the service efficiency and service quality of the logistics industry. 智能物流视角下生鲜物流前端仓配送模式优化
智能物流是利用智能技术将人工智能融入物流配送过程,提高物流业的服务效率和服务质量。随着生鲜电商行业的发展,“人工智能+物流”可以通过大数据分析和智能算法,优化配送环节,提高物流效率。由于冷链物流体系不完善,基础设施建设不足,生鲜产品在运输过程中质量难以保证,产品消费率高,配送效率低。“前仓”配送模式是对传统配送模式进行创新的一种新型物流配送模式。本文以生鲜物流前端仓库配送模式分析了生鲜电子商务模式的优化问题。运用SWOT方法对生鲜食品电商前端仓模式的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战进行分析,结合层次分析法进行定量分析。结果表明,在生鲜电商前端仓物流模式优化中,应采取成长型发展战略,充分发挥生鲜电商前端仓的自身优势,注重把握发展过程中的机遇,同时,梳理和了解自身的短板,分析和规避威胁。
