Abstract
In this paper, we consider the effect of fractional timing and carrier frequency offsets on the performance of BPSK-OFDM systems in additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) and flat Rayleigh fading channels. Closed form bit error rate (BER) expressions for BPSK-OFDM systems impaired by timing and carrier frequency offsets are derived. Simulation results are provided to verify the accuracy of the theoretical analysis.
