Abstract

Glass fabric coated with "Teflon" has been used in architectural design since the early 1970's. It is an accepted material for such large scale projects as the 105acre Haj Terminal a t the King Abdul Aziz International Airport in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Nearly 5.5 million square feet of glass fabric coated with "Teflon" was used to form the spacious open-air Haj terminal a t the world's largest airport.
