The Jurisprudential and Legal Vision of the Punishment of Extremists and Terrorists in the Islamic regime

Abstract

this research aims to clarify the Islamic jurisprudential and legal vision of punishment, especially for extremists and terrorists, from a legal perspective to refute the accusations leveled against Islam and its regime's institutions and link them to the actions of some misguided groups of the nation, by clarifying the mechanism of governance in Islam and consolidating the concepts, elements and pillars of regime in Islam.
