Therefore, from the three aspects of the source network load, the evaluation index and calculation formula of the flexibility of the active distribution network are proposed, and then the flexibility evaluation system is established. Abstract

With the promotion of energy reform, the development scale of renewable energy is ahead of schedule, and the proportion of renewable energy in the active distribution network is gradually rising. However, due to the uncertainty of its output, it brings many difficulties to the operation of the distribution network, such as the reduction of flexibility. Therefore, it is necessary to quantify the impact of uncertainty on flexibility. This paper focuses on the flexibility evaluation of the active distribution network. 高比例可再生能源主动式配电网柔性评价指标体系及计算方法
随着能源改革的推进,可再生能源发展规模提前,可再生能源在主动式配电网中的占比逐步上升。但由于其输出的不确定性,给配电网的运行带来了灵活性降低等诸多困难。因此,有必要量化不确定性对灵活性的影响。本文主要研究有源配电网的柔性评价问题。与传统配电网不同,其灵活性主要来自于源侧的可再生能源、负载侧的多负荷和电网侧的电网改造。因此,从源网负荷三个方面出发,提出了主动配电网柔性的评价指标和计算公式,建立了主动配电网柔性评价体系。最后,通过对ieee33节点配电网系统的仿真分析,结果表明所提出的柔性评价体系能够实现对不同场景下配电网的定量化评价。
