Emotional tension, high responsibility, work in situations of constant uncertainty, and others lead to a deterioration in physical and mental health.The purpose of the study: Prevention of professional burnout among teachers, increasing their physical and mental performance, reducing emotional stress, increasing the emotional and value attitude to their health.Methods and organization of the study: 20 teachers aged 27 to 66 years old, average age 46 years old, teaching experience from 5 to 30 years, took part in the pedagogical experiment. The time and place of classes were determined by the participants of the experiment.
