The results of the framework are recomputed both by crisp computation method. The difference between fuzzy and crisp computation is examined. The study shows that use of fuzzy logic makes a difference. Eight (8) of the 17 variables appeared to have statistically significant difference. Using crisp values in evaluation may result in loss of precision. Abstract

Evaluation is an important subject for medical informatics domain. The investors and managers need to know the success level and poor sides of their information system to make improvements.
