This paper explains the proposed system and introduces the results of trial operation to the actual city hall buildings at the 2018 Osaka earthquake. Abstract

Currently in Japan, a field survey by building experts is required to determine whether earthquakeafflicted buildings can continue to be used after an earthquake, so that official decisions on national and municipal-level assistance cannot be made without the completed survey results.
