First, statistical variance smoothing method was utilized to remove the singular points. Then, denoising method of Neighbor Block was chosen. Finally, feasibility of wavelet basis was tested by analyzing the variation rule of dimensions, so the choice of the wavelet basis can be estimated correctly. Meanwhile, simulated signals test of the Doppler and time domain load signal of CNC lathe under one typical condition was analyzed to illustrate the validity of this method.
