Nowadays, gaining standing competitive advantage and enhancing sustainable development ability through knowledge alliance is a brand new idea that tourism enterprise should have. This article first has carried on the limits to the concept of knowledge alliance, and then has carried on the analysis to tourism industry value chain, according to the status and role tourism-related enterprises have in tourism industry value chain, this article has constructed knowledge alliance model based on industry value chain, and puts forward several proposals to safeguard knowledge alliance stable.
