Abstract

In this paper the temperature dependent resistance of carbon-based interconnects is described using parameterized SPICE computer model. The obtained resistance values are then used for carbon nanotube (CNT) a thermally aware model considering the temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR). The models have been created for both SWCNT and MWCNT. Parameterized computer SPICE models of higher accuracy for SWCNT bundle and MWCNT interconnects are proposed. Verification has been made to confirm the applicability of the advanced computer models.
