Obtained results showed, that DES2 was highly selective for all nitrogen compounds (pyridine, quinoline, indole, and pyridine/quinoline mixture) in a one-step liquid-liquid extraction (LLE). The purification rate of the pyridine, indole and pyridine/quinoline mixture was 100, 98 and 88% in one hour. Quinoline showed high-extraction efficiency (92%) in three hours of mixing time. Abstract
