Hugging, Holding, Huddling and Cuddling (3HC)

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this homework activity is to introduce the importance of extensive touching, hugging, holding, huddling, and cuddling (3HC) in intimate (committed, close, and prolonged) relationships. It seems that 3HC are so important in showing and sharing affection that they should receive more attention than they have received heretofore from the couple and family therapy community.
