A test program for the Hewlett-Packard 5006A signature analyzer

Abstract

Most of the internal functions of the signature analyzer and its IEEE-488 interface are exercised by the test program. The program is written in the C programming language and calls the National Instruments C language GPIB-PC functions. A compiled version of the program runs on an IBM PC/XT or compatible computer and uses the National Instruments GPIB-PC interface board to communicate with the signature analyzer. The program was compiled with the Borland International Turbo C compiler.
