Abstract

With the increasing installed capacity of new energy with random and intermittent characteristics and the impact of UHV cross regional power transmission, as the basic power supply of China's power grid, peak shaving has been normalized. Under the dual carbon strategic goal of achieving carbon peak in 2030 and carbon neutralization in 2060, building a “new power system with new energy as the body” means that the main power supply of China's power will be transformed from coal power with an installed capacity of 1.1 billion kw to new energy power; The energy and power industry is undergoing unprecedented changes.
