Abstract

This paper presents a sliding-mode control (SMC) strategy applied for single-phase grid-connected voltage source inverters (VSIs). The proposed SMC employs linear systems analytic tools to determine the closed-loop poles' suitable location, using a simplified structure for implementing the inner current control loop.
