Research on the Evaluation and Selection of Suppliers in the Environment of Supply Chain

Abstract

Aiming at the research on supplier evaluation and selection in the supply chain management environment, this article constructs supplier core competitiveness evaluation from the perspective of supplier core competitiveness, combined with niche theory, from the three dimensions of niche viability, development ability, and competitiveness System; uses entropy weight method to assign weight to each index, and constructs niche width, suitability, overlap degree model and VIKOR comprehensive evaluation model, uses MATLAB software to calculate, analyze the overall development status of each supplier, and select the best supplier.
