Other factors considered in this paper are those of administrative structures within and outside schools. Abstract

Many factors determine the success of the learning process of students. It is important to realize that a majority of those factors are between the teacher and the students. While, in many cases, teachers are blamed when positive results are not achieved, it is important to acknowledge that the students also have a role to play in ensuring their success. Student self-efficacy, self-direction, and self-regulation play an important role in the process of evidence-based learning and teaching. Teachers, therefore, must realize that they have a big role in ensuring the success of their students. On the other hand, the learners need to acknowledge that it is not the teacher's responsibility alone to ensure they succeed. Other factors considered in this paper are those of administrative structures within and outside schools.
