The research was carried out in the Greenhouse of the Faculty of Agriculture, Halu Oleo University, Kendari. This study used a Randomized Block Design (RAK) with two treatment factors and three replications. The first factor is the composition of the planting medium, consisting of 3 levels: soil (M0), a mixture of sand and soil in a ratio of 1:1 (M1), a mixture of sand and soil in a ratio of 2:1 (M2), and a mixture of sand and soil in a ratio of 1:2 (M3). The second factor was the dose of cow dung bokashi fertilizer, consisting of 3 levels, namely 0 t ha-1 (B1), 20 t ha-1 (B2) and 40 t ha-1 (B3). The results showed that the interaction between the composition of planting media and bokashi cow dung had a significant effect on height, number of leaves, leaf area, root weight, and plant crown weight. Abstract
