An Alphabet of Scientific Categories

Abstract

The paper discusses the possibility of understanding the entire system of scientific knowledge from a simple alphabet of fundamental categories, which by condensing degrees of complexity between levels of analysis, are capable of recapitulating an immense variety of data and principles.
