Abstract
This Classroom Action Research on fourth grade students of SD Naskat Masnana, South Buru Regency, with a background of initial observations, shows that the ability of students to practice the candle attitude is still low. This is because the variations in learning delivered by the teacher are less precise in teaching the material about wax attitudes. So that some students are still not able to do the waxing attitude properly because they make mistakes, while the mistakes that occur are: Many fingers do not support the waist, what often happens is the waist is supported by the thumb, so the hands are not strong enough to support the waist, When raising legs, both legs that are straight up lean back, so that it is heavy to support and cannot last a long time. Data on the number of research subjects were obtained when researchers made initial observations at Naskat Masnana Elementary School, South Buru Regency. Data collection carried out in this study is observation, interviews, documentation. Based on the analysis of learning activities above, the total value of learning in the first cycle is 70.32% and the total value of learning in cycle II is 79.08%. From the results of the calculation above there is an increase in learning in the second cycle of 8.76%. Based on the results of observations during the learning process in class, it turns out that the training method is effective for improving learning outcomes of wax attitudes. the action hypothesis in this classroom action research can be accepted, meaning that the learning outcomes of candlesticks in floor gymnastics can be improved through the exercise method in fourth grade students at SD Naskat Masnana Bursel.
