Abstract

This research to know the effect of organizational trust and commitment to organizational citizenship behavior of high school teachers in Makassar City. This study aims to contribute to an organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior among high school teachers in Makassar City. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study were all high school teachers in Makassar City.
