Abstract

Why have most people stopped making plans for the distant future? To answer this question, the author suggests turn-ing to understanding the essence of life and comes to the conclusion that the carrier of life is a population, not an organism. For the existence of a population, a geographical area and communication between organisms are necessary. Next, indirect and direct com-munication between people is considered. A fatal mistake in modern financial circulation leads to the inevitable self-destruction of the "monetary civilization". A forecast is made about the transition to local money. An example of a typical mistake in scientific communication is given when an artistic image is presented as an abstract concept. The conclusion is made about the advantage of direct communication in comparison with indirect communication.
