Evaluation of learning outcomes is needed to find out the results of the student learning process. During the Covid-19 pandemic, with a government circular, learning and evaluation are carried out by online. The increasing of online learning give a challenge for educators to choose the right method to facilitate students in online learning, especially in terms of assessment. One of the applications that can be used as an online assessment is Google Forms. This study uses a quantitative-descriptive approach. There were thirty-seven students who became respondents in this study. The use of the Google Forms application in evaluating student learning outcomes turned out to be \"effective\" with the percentage of student completeness of 78.38%, namely in the \"good enough\" category.
