Abstract

Learning activities should not only be the transfer of knowledge, but in teaching and learning activities there should also be a transfer of values, norms, or customs. Whether it's from teacher to student, or from student to student. However, the reality states that students do not understand this. Therefore, cultivating and fostering diversity in students must start as early as possible. In this paper, the writer tries to explain how the role of schools in fostering student diversity in MTs as a means of anticipating bad influences. In this paper, the writer uses a descriptive method with a literature study approach that is intended to develop the facts and characteristics of the object of study systematically or to answer questions related to the current object of study. This descriptive approach is intended to reveal facts about the religious and religious development programs of students at Madrasah Tasanawiyah (MTs).
