Abstract
: The behavior of mercury and species (dissolved + colloids, suspended) over a long period (2006-2019) was studied for the Ur river system into which the acid main drainage (AMD) of the Ursk tailings.During this period, an increase in salinity and a change in the basic ion composition were established in the Ur river after the confluence of a AMD. The composition of the river is restored to its original values, characteristic of the reservoir above the influence of the AMD, 5 km downstream. Mercury in the waters of the river upstream of the AMD andat the confluence increases with time of the solution + colloidfraction. The prevalence of Hgorg in suspension of all the studiedpoints was established. The maximum amount of Hgorg is formed in an AMD,which is the main supplier of CH3Hg + to the Ur river.
