The Impact of Leadership Instability on Democratic Process in Nigeria

Abstract

This paper examines the implication of leadership imbroglio on democratic process, in Nigeria from 1960-1995. It investigates, in particular, the leadership genres of both the civilian and military administrations and suggests ways to enhance the leadership quality and democratization process in the republic.
