Abstract

The hospitality and tourism industry today, being one of the existing areas of business activity, is a constantly developing and growing business area, due to the large range of services provided. The hotel business is not only a direct direction for the development of the market as a whole, but also a potential and long-term way to increase the state budget. In this article, the author considers the factors affecting the quality of service in the hotel business, as well as methods for improving it.
