Let's Study Together?: Challenges and Opportunities for a Coproduction Application for Study Groups

Abstract

In a service coproduction, the relationship between stakeholders is reciprocal, and the roles of provider and recipient are not necessarily defined. This paper presents an investigation with students in order to understand their motivations and prospects of coproduction involved in their activities of studying in groups. From interviews, we raised 15 categories, split into 3 groups. This analysis is presented as an initial stage in the design of a mobile app and it is used to discuss potential opportunities and challenges for this type of application.
