Tactics of interrogation of a minor victim in the investigation of crimes against the sexual integrity and sexual freedom of minors committed using the Internet

Abstract

В статье даются тактические рекомендации проведения допроса несовершеннолетних (малолетних) потерпевших при расследовании преступлений против половой неприкосновенности и половой свободы несовершеннолетних, совершенных с использованием сети Интернет. Особую ценность таких рекомендаций составляет их разработка на основе интервью, проведенных со следователями СК России, которые расследуют преступления данной категории. Обращается внимание на необходимость применения видеосъемки данного следственного действия и обосновываются причины этого. Перечислены вопросы, которые рекомендуется задавать несовершеннолетнему (малолетнему) потерпевшему по делам рассматриваемой категории. В завершение статьи указывается на важность установления психологического контакта следователя с допрашиваемым несовершеннолетним (малолетним) потерпевшим. The article provides tactical recommendations for the interrogation of minor (juvenile) victims in the investigation of crimes against the sexual integrity and sexual freedom of minors committed using the Internet. The special value of these recommendations is their development on the basis of interviews with investigators of the IC of Russia investigating crimes of this category. The author draws attention to the need to use video filming of this investigative action and justifies the reasons for this, lists the questions that are recommended to be asked to a minor (juvenile) victim in cases of this category. The article indicates the importance of establishing psychological contact between the investigator and the interrogated minor (juvenile) victim.
