Benefits of using a Web Application for Bidding Household Activities

Abstract

Periods of crisis and lack of experience detract from the sense of security offered by a job or home. When losing a job, people start looking for alternatives, and often need something temporary until a stable job is found. For such situations, the online environment provides a lot of information for finding a job, but many of them are for those who already have the necessary experience. There are, however, activities for which no specific experience is required and which can help to secure a temporary job. Most of these are household activities and for this study, we looked for existing applications that provide a platform through which people can find such activities, with the goal of highlighting the benefits of an application that can bid for such activities. Also, we propose a new and improved web-based bidding application.
