Research on power medium-and long-term load forecasting based on forecasting empirical partial least squares regression

Abstract

The research of medium-and long-term load characteristics aims at analyzing the change rule and development trend of load, which is an important link of power market analysis. It is of great significance to correctly grasp the medium-and long-term load characteristics for power system planning and operation, so it is necessary to study the load characteristics analysis and prediction methods. According to the provincial power grid historical load data and related information, in the long-term for regional power grid load characteristic index on the basis of statistics and analysis, delves into the various characteristic parameters and the influence factors and the reasonable load forecasting method is applied to a 2021-2030 in the medium-and long-term power load forecasting, and obtain the reasonable results. Finally, the report analyzes the related prediction results and makes research prospects.
