In this paper, the experimental table and related transmission components are designed according to the FT455 reducer relevant parameters. The transmission precision and the rotation error of the whole prototype are tested and the results of the experiment are analyzed. Abstract
Pin-Cycloid planetary reducer is mostly used in high precision transmission. It has extremely strict requirements on transmission accuracy. Transmission accuracy and rotation error measurement are important experimental parameters for the pin-cycloid planetary reducer transmission performance.
