Abstract

The object of the study is emergency oil spills on the oil pipelines of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The purpose of the work is to develop a combined algorithm for calculating the configuration of oil pollution with the subsequent three-dimensional modeling of emergency oil spills on oil pipelines using Python and displaying the results in the ArcGIS for Desktop.
