Abstract

With the gradual promotion and application of electric vehicles on a large scale, their random and disordered charging and discharging are bound to increase the load volatility of the power system during special periods. At the same time, electric vehicles have considerable energy storage value and can provide diversified grid demand responses such as peak shaving, frequency modulation, voltage regulation, and backup.
