In this study, the performance of BBB converters and SBB converters was compared. The output waveform is used in the calculation of the ripple factors. When compared to normal boost with buck boost converters, the performance of SEPIC with buck boost converters is significantly better. Ripples are present in large amounts in a buck with buck boost converter.
