Students were assessed through the semi-structured socio-demographic datasheet, the modernization scale, and multidimensional scale of perceived social support.\nResults: Perceived social support found a significant positive correlation with attitude towards modernization. In regression analysis, overall perceived social support (family, friend and other support) strongly contributes to the variance on attitude towards modernization among performing arts students.
