In comparison, the observation instrument was used to collect secondary data from the features of the school management information system. The pre-research instrument testing on the questionnaire instrument was carried out to test the validity and constancy (reliability) of the statement items. In the next stage, descriptive data and inferential or hypothesis test analyses were carried out. Abstract

This research study aim is to determine the effect of management information systems, teacher social competence on the satisfaction of parents of students.
