FEATURES OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCES IN RUSSIA

Abstract

Renewable energy sources are actively developing both in the world and in Russia. The domestic renewable energy industry already has 5,6 GW of selected projects. The article calculated the LCOE indicator for three types of generation of wind farms, SES and MSPP in 2020 based on the results of capacity selection at DPM auctions, describes the main factors and drivers of the decline in this indicator. On the basis of the chain substitution method, the contributions of factors to the change in the ROE indicator in 2020 were calculated, which marked more than 80 % of the contribution of capital expenditures to the change in the indicator.
