Abstract

تعد المسؤولية الاجتماعية من القضايا المهمة، وتحمل أمانة المسؤولية يترتب عليه أفعال وممارسات إيجابية أو سلبية داخل المجتمع، كما أن تنمية المواطنة لدى الشباب لها أهمية قصوى في تحقيق الأمن والاستقرار والتطور، لذلك هدف البحث إلى بناء وتنفيذ برنامج إرشادي لتنمية المسؤولية الاجتماعية والمواطنة لدى عينة من الشباب السعودي، واستخدم الباحث المنهج شبه التجريبي، حيث طبق مقياس المسؤولية الاجتماعية والمواطنة بعد التأكد من شروطهما السيكومترية على مجموعتين متكافئتين )تجريبية وضابطة( من طلاب جامعة تبوك وعددهم 30 طالبا تراوحت أعمارهم ما بين ) ١٧ ١٩ ( عاما، وخضعت المجموعة التجريبية للبرنامج الإرشادي )المتغير المستقل(، كما خضعت المجموعتان لإجراءات القياس القبلي والبعدي نفسها بهدف التعرف على أثر البرنامج وخضعت «التجريبية » لقياس تتبعي، وأظهرت نتائج البحث وجود فروق في المسؤولية الاجتماعية بين المجموعة التجريبية والضابطة في اتجاه المجموعة التجريبية بعد تطبيق البرنامج، وأرجع الباحث ذلك إلى كفاءة الأساليب والفنيات الإرشادية المستخدمة في البرنامج والتي أثبتت فاعليتها في كثير من البحوث والدراسات، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق في المسؤولية الاجتماعية والمواطنة للمجموعة التجريبية بعد تطبيق البرنامج مباشرة والقياس التتبعي) شهر، شهران، ثلاثة شهور( في اتجاه القياس التتبعي بعد ثلاثة أشهر، وهذا يعني أن البرنامج له فاعلية في تحسين المسؤولية الاجتماعية والمواطنة بعيدة المدى، وانتهى البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات. Social responsibility is one of the issues that assumes prime importance. It entails both positive and negative activities and practices within the community. Likewise, the source of patriotism among the youth is a necessary determinant of paramount significance. It is imperative towards the achievements of security, stability and development. The objective of the present research is to construct and implement a counseling program for developing social and patriotic responsibility among a select sample of University of Tabuk students. The present researcher has employed a semi-empirical approach. Pursuant to this approach, he applied social and patriotic assessment scale to ascertain their psychometric conditions on two comparable groups-----experimental and control. These groups comprised students of University of Tabuk. Their number was thirty (30). Their age brackets was between (17 to 19) years with a standard of deviant A+A 83. Experimental group was subjected to counseling program as an independent variable. The two groups were subjected to same procedures-----Pre-Measurement and Post-Measurement-----to determine the relative effectiveness of the counseling program. The findings of the research revealed variance in the social responsibility between experimental and control groups towards the experimental group during post-application phase of the program. In addition, the research attributed the effectiveness, of counseling methods and techniques used in the program. Moreover, the variance in the social and patriotic responsibility exists with the experimental group directly after implementing the counseling program and consecutive measurement (one month, two months and three months) towards consecutive measurement after the lapse of three months period. To express in other words, it means that the counseling program carries effectiveness of developing social responsibility and patriotism in the long run. In its conclusive passages, the present research offers some constructive recommendations.
