Online Network Teaching Module Construction of Mechatronics Comprehensive Training by Information Technology

Abstract

To satisfy the need of highly skilled and interdisciplinary talent under the situation of industry 4.0, Engineering Training Center of Jilin University increased the investment for improving hardware environment, obsoleted old equipment and bought new equipment for the development requirements of engineering students based on the old electrical training module to construct the online network teaching module of mechatronics comprehensive training. The equipment in this teaching module consisted largely of modern machine tools and new application equipment that used basic elements used in engineering control system, PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) and so on. The teaching module included basic circuitry training module, PLC training module and mechatronics training module. Multi-module teaching met the requirement of the students in different mayor and used the various measures of teaching method on online network platform that played an maj or role in improving the students' comprehensive ability and innovation ability.
