Abstract

This paper presents the modeling and control of a single-stage isolated current rectifier with power factor correction based on Full-Bridge and Flyback topologies. The state-space averaged model of the converter for step-down and step-up operation modes is presented, as well as the design and analysis of the digital control system. Experimental results based on a 3.5 kW prototype are presented to verify the performance of the proposed control system.
