The study area is located at the southwest part of the Ordos Basin and covers an area of 1,150 km2. Both major and small channels in the C8 member were interpreted. Twenty-six wells are drilled in our study area. They allowed us as well to interpret the channels which were our main target. In this study, four layers were fundamentally our interest: 'Y10', 'C6', 'C7' and 'C8'. The interpretation of channels was only studied in the area between 'C7' and 'C8' horizons. This work is the result issued by the study and interpretation of real data from the study area. Abstract
