The hardware of driving system was introduced in details, and then the designs of high-density PCB, structure and technology, with relevant speed control of nested segment and parameters testing procedures, were employed to improve the driver integration and reliability. A DC servo motor with a rated current of 20 amps is used as a test motor. Abstract
