Abstract

The demand of aeroengine for non-contact telemetry information transmission is very urgent. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of aeroengine telemetry information transmission system, the rotor disk and stator disk suitable for nearfield communication under high centrifugal load are designed in this paper. In order to ensure the stable transmission of telemetry information under large angular displacement between rotor disk and stator disk, a loop-shaped antenna with centrosymmetric characteristics is designed and installed on stator for receiving telemetry information. 航空发动机遥测信息传输系统接收天线设计
航空发动机对非接触式遥测信息传输的需求十分迫切。本文在分析航空发动机遥测信息传输系统特点的基础上,设计了适合高离心载荷下近场通信的转子盘和定子盘。为了保证在转子盘与定子盘角位移较大的情况下遥测信息的稳定传输,在定子盘上设计并安装了具有中心对称特性的环形天线接收遥测信息。对所设计的圆形天线进行了制作和测量。测量结果表明,圆形接收天线在1 ~ 4ghz范围内具有良好的反射系数,其性能完全可以满足航空发动机遥测信息传输的需要。
