Unusual Presentation of Myasthenia Gravis

Abstract

A 12 year old, previously fit & well girl, presented to A&E with h/o worsening Cough for 3 days and difficulty in breathing for 24 hours. She needed 15 litres of oxygen to maintain saturations of 94%.
