The relevance of the design and construction of multifunctional residential buildings is justified. In the course of the study, the main factors that characterize the spatial, functional, socio-demographic and socio-economic criteria for assessing the prospects of residential complexes were considered. Space-space criteria represent certain requirements for the number of floors, the planning structure of the section and apartment, as well as when choosing the first floors. The functional criteria of urban planning models of multi-storey residential complexes are expressed by the introduction of non-residential funds in residential buildings to accommodate employment and service facilities. Abstract
The paper describes the main criteria for evaluating mass residential development for prospective construction.
