A way of analyse of behavior monitoring for the elderly based on Raspberry PI

Abstract

As China’s population ages increasingly serious, the proportion of the elderly population is increasing. The safety of the elderly living alone has become the focus of social concern. The system designed in this paper runs on Raspberry PI 4B, connects the camera module and the voice input module. Based on the OpenCV framework, Python language programming is utilized to realize a remote monitoring system that can identify falls of elderly people living alone in the room and give an intelligent alarm.
