Abstract

AL-Imam Al-Maydani - may Allah have mercy on him - was one of the most prominent scholars of his time, and he has many books and explanations on the books of jurisprudence, their principles, the books of belief and others. Performing principles Of Islamic Law in this book follows the Hanafi approach in verification the principles from the branches, relying on the legislative founding in studying their issues. I have chosen issues of (tayammum) as a model for what is mentioned in this book of Founding Study.
