Factor analysis revealed that the items on final version loaded on 4 factors, which accounted for 39.419% of the total scale variance. The factors were 'Scheduling & Prioritizing', 'Planning & Goal Setting', 'Reviewing & Record Keeping' and 'Organizing & Controlling' of 7 items each and whose Cronbach's Alpha reliability coefficients were estimated to be 0.691, 0.697, 0.707 and 0.685 respectively.
